At LOFIMECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your LOFIMECH account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
